Tray Sealing
The Italian Pack Olympus is a semi automated machine that meets all the food packaging industry: sealing, partial vacuum, skin, gas flush and modified atmosphere packaging.
The machine features a rotating turntable that allows for simultaneous loading and unloading of trays from one side while packaging cycle is being completed in the chamber on the opposite side.
The Olympus can pack up to 28 trays per minute in seal mode, 16 trays in M.A.P. and 12 trays in skin mode.
• Tray size: maximum of 400mm x 310mm, with a maximum height of 140mm
• XL version tray size: maximum of 565mmx340mm, with a maximum height of 140mm
• Special machine for packing trays with a max. height of 194mm. If the machine is fitted with an automated tray extractor, the max. height is 180mm .
• This machine is able to seal trays in PE, PP, PET, PS, CPET, aluminium, etc. (CPET and aluminium are suitable for oven use).
• We are able to perform protrusion packaging up to 30mm.
• The machine is configured with one tool and two tray holders.
