The Mincer SW100 is not only powerful, but also mobile. The standard equipment with two fixed castors, two rubber buffers and a bowl with a volume of 45 liters as well as a feed chute of 95 x 95 mm make this model ideal for processing fresh minced meat.
The SW100 model is equipped with an Enterprise E32 cutting system (L&W), a 3 mm hole plate with a hub and four slots and also one knife.
