Webomatic Vacuum Packer

Due to its chamber length of 850mm, the largest WEBOMATIC double chamber machine offers the highest packaging performance and flexibility for large products or several individual products per chamber. The two chambers and the swiveling lid enable efficient and vacuum packaging of a wide variety of products up to an edge length of 85 cm.

The packaging machine PNC 20 is equipped as standard with a fully automatic lid swivel and two vacuum chambers. However, this ease of use does not require cost-intensive compressed air, since the lid is pivoted using the built-in 160m³ / h high-performance vacuum pump (optional: 250m³ / h pump). The vacuum packaging can be produced either automatically or manually. Four sealing strips, each with a length of 830 mm, are integrated in the chambers, so that industrial packaging quantities can also be easily processed on this double-chamber machine.

The double chamber vacuum machine PNC 20 has a soft-air device as standard. Fully equipped, the model PNC 20 AD-M2 (shown above) with automatic product ejection in connection with other WEBOMATIC components - such as shrinking units, dryers, collecting devices etc. - can be expanded to an industrial packaging line.

Intelligent packaging - The double-chamber machine PNC 20 has the intelligent IGT standard control, which has three operating levels, absolute measuring sensors for vacuum, MAP and soft-air and up to 10 individually adjustable packaging programs.

Easy maintenance - The sealing strips inside the swiveling cover can be removed with a specific handle. Special service flaps allow quick and easy access to the vacuum pump and the control cabinet on the side.
